Position Summary
OSU – Cascades invites applications for one or more fixed‑term, non‑tenure‑track full/part‑time Instructor positions to teach on a term‑by‑term basis for the 2025‑2026 academic year. The anticipated start dates are September 16, 2025; December 16, 2025; or March 16, 2026. Key Responsibilities
Administer and teach one or more undergraduate courses in Outdoor Products and Innovation Design on a term‑by‑term basis. Complete course assessment processes and continually improve teaching effectiveness. Advise students, be available for office hours, and complete record‑keeping and minor administrative tasks. Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Design, Product Design, or a related field is required. PhD or terminal degree and college‑level teaching experience are preferred. Demonstrated ability to design, teach, and assess courses that support inclusive learning principles and promote equitable teaching practices. Application Instructions
