We have a proud legacy of developing novel therapeutics for immune‑mediated inflammatory diseases and autoimmune‑related disorders. Our scientists are investigating modulation of TL1A to address inflammation and fibrosis associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The role will be responsible for Patient Support Program Marketing across the Immunology portfolio. This position reports to the Director, US Marketing Patient Support. The Associate Director will shape PSP planning and strategy for a significant anticipated launch in Immunology, collaborating deeply with internal and external stakeholders to define go‑to‑market plans. Key Responsibilities
Patient Support Strategy : Shape PSP strategies that translate insights into actionable improvements in the patient journey. Develop compliant strategies with appropriate guardrails. Strategic Orchestration : Partner across Access, Data Strategy, Customer Experience & Innovation to ensure PSP design integration and data ecosystem readiness. PSP Performance Measurement Framework : Collaborate to establish and oversee PSP measurement framework and dashboards enabling data‑driven decisions and continuous patient journey optimization. Patient Support Program Delivery : PSP launch planning, process mapping, and cross‑functional coordination for seamless go‑to‑market implementation and post‑launch improvement. Continuous Improvement : Develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of the end‑to‑end patient treatment experience and required data elements for analytics. Patient Support Innovation : Identify emerging analytical capabilities to enhance PSP and future‑state design for Immunology. Budget Oversight : Manage budget and spend across agencies, campaign development and execution, and vendor relationships. Insights Orchestration : Synthesize and translate complex data sets to identify drivers and opportunities for patient journey optimization. PSP Training & Field Readiness : Strategy and development of training and resources to equip field teams with compliant messaging. Partner with fellow colleagues to foster inclusivity, psychological safety, and transparency while challenging the status quo for stronger outcomes. Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred. Requirements : 5+ years in pharma or healthcare, including experience with patient support, reimbursements, specialty pharmacy or marketing. Patient Support Program and/or Hub experience is required. A growth mindset, strong collaboration, and business agility. Additional qualifications: Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills. Ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions. Proven ability to build reporting & analytics for performance, access, adherence, pharmacy metrics. Strong financial acumen, quantitative skills, and analytical capabilities. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations, working successfully with cross‑functional teams. Understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital and non‑digital channels. Demonstrated integrity and ethics. Demonstrated abilities include: Create and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and program performance. Plan, prioritize, execute, anticipate challenges. Influence across functions to gain consensus. Adaptability and comfort with change. Preferred Skills
Awareness and understanding of U.S. commercial and regulatory requirements. Understanding of patient support, pharmacy, and access. Understanding of Immunology market. Agency and vendor management. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Mural. Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, with an expectation of on‑site work three days per week. Hybrid work model effective September 5, 2023: employees work a hybrid schedule with three total days on‑site per week and a remote workday. Compensation
Salary range: $139,600.00 – $219,700.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. Application Information
