Carpet One Iowa is looking for a Kitchen and Bath Designer with flooring sales experience. This is a special opportunity to build a rewarding career with an established company and a strong customer base. As a Sales and Design Consultant you will work directly with customers designing, quoting and selling kitchen, bath and flooring projects while providing complete customer satisfaction. Kitchen design and sales experience is required.

What You'll Do
Work directly with customers to design and sell cabinets, countertops, and flooring.
Prepare design layouts, quotes, and material selections.
Coordinate with installers, vendors, and the project management team.
Maintain strong product knowledge across flooring, tile, and cabinet lines.
Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Kitchen and Bath Design and sales required (flooring/tile experience a plus).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
Basic computer and design software skills (20/20 or similar a plus).
Team player with a positive attitude.
