Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, in addition to producing Original content.
We are seeking an In-Theater Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage relationships with U.S. theater exhibitors while overseeing marketing campaigns and in-theater promotional materials. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with data analysis capabilities and excellent communication abilities.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of film marketing and exhibitor relations, playing a crucial role in promoting theatrical releases and maintaining valuable industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with U.S. theater exhibitors
Oversee trailer placement and lobby display commitments
Lead marketing campaigns for film titles and execute exhibitor-focused initiatives
Create and present campaign performance reports
Monitor and analyze in-theater marketing materials and impressions
Maintain detailed data records using Excel and other analytical tools
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and theater partners
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative or marketing support experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Power BI
Proficiency in analytical tools
Data analysis and reporting skills
Project management and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Enthusiasm for theatrical exhibition
Interest in audience development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $114,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
