Pharmaceutical Sales Territory Rep – Primary Care (Specialty / Entry Level)
We are currently looking to fill several full‑time roles to help manage pharmaceutical brand awareness, business development, and sales. The position requires someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for working with clients. This role involves lead generation, customer service, and client acquisition to build lifelong customers on behalf of our clients. It is a full‑time opportunity with advancement opportunities for the right person to help manage the campaign, client expectations, and training and oversight of staff.
You will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients, assisting them with their healthcare contracts and other practice‑management needs. You will receive support to advance your career and can earn bonuses. Familiarity with tablets, computers, Microsoft and Apple products is required.
Responsibilities
Find and engage new clients and retain them long‑term.
Become a healthcare expert for your client base.
Help clients make informed decisions regarding medical agreements and healthcare cost‑management needs.
Develop and maintain healthy, long‑term relationships with clients and suppliers.
Manage your time effectively in a multi‑faceted role.
Perform any other duties reasonably requested.
Experience and Skills
Minimum one year in sales or customer service.
Proven record of meeting sales or customer satisfaction goals.
Ability to identify, win, and retain clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
