We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Marketing Programs and Operations Manager
to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving campaign effectiveness and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in executing marketing programs, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and vendors.
Responsibilities Marketing Program Execution Drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards, marketing objectives, and business goals.
Responsibilities include:
Integrated Campaign Execution
: Lead the implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns that span digital advertising, events and sponsorships, content creation, social media, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with internal stakeholders across digital, content, creative, communications, and events to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements.
Market & Audience Research
: Conduct research to inform campaign strategy, audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
Vendor & Partner Management
: Negotiate with and manage external vendors, agencies, and sponsorship partners to support campaign execution and maximize value.
Workflow & Project Coordination
: Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and task assignments to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
Brand Consistency
: Ensure all campaign assets and messaging are aligned with brand guidelines and voice across all touchpoints.
Performance Measurement
: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future planning.
Event Support
: Provide logistical and on-site support for marketing-led events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with broader campaign goals.
Operations Management Support the infrastructure and processes that enable the marketing & communications teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities include:
OpCo Operations Oversight
: Coordinate naming, branding, and launch processes in collaboration with Legal, Marketing, Communications, and other stakeholders.
Vendor Management
: Oversee contracts, budget tracking, renewals, and vendor performance to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Financial Compliance
: Manage credit card processing and purchasing activities in accordance with internal compliance standards.
Marketing Systems Administration
: Maintain campaign metrics and ensure alignment with strategic objectives through effective use of marketing systems and tools.
Campaign Enablement
: Partner with marketing and communications leads to enhance campaign planning, workflow efficiency, and performance visibility.
Cross-Functional Project Management
: Lead major initiatives such as website updates, campaign rollouts, and event logistics, providing structure and accountability across teams.
Reporting & Analytics
: Develop and deliver standardized reporting on budgets, ROI, campaign performance, and vendor metrics to provide leadership with actionable insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects across multiple channels simultaneously.
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise-level organization.
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Budget management and vendor procurement experience.
