We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Designer to craft natural, human-like voice interactions for customer contact centers and virtual agent systems. This role focuses on designing spoken dialogue, conversation flows, and error-handling logic that enhance customer experience while aligning with each client’s brand voice. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and clients to deliver bilingual (English/French) conversational solutions that are intuitive, efficient, and scalable. This is a highly collaborative, technically creative role with opportunities to influence cutting-edge voice AI applications across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
Design and document voice conversation flows, dialogue scripts, and virtual agent interactions.
Define user journeys, prompt wording, and error-handling logic to create seamless voice experiences.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate client requirements into clear design specifications.
Work closely with NLU teams to refine intents and optimize conversational logic.
Support testing, provide tuning recommendations, and iterate based on performance results.
Ensure voice applications maintain consistency with client tone, style, and brand identity.
Participate in client interactions, presenting designs and recommendations effectively.
Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in project delivery or analysis roles.
4+ years of experience in voice or conversational AI design, including IVR, call routing, or virtual agent systems.
Proficiency with NLU platforms such as Google Dialogflow or similar tools.
Strong background in business or systems analysis is highly valued.
Excellent writing skills and attention to linguistic detail.
Proficiency with visualization tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.
Bilingual (English/French) required.
Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
