Title : VP of Growth Marketing and Customer Experience
Location: Chelmsford, MA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Salary: $140,000-$150,000 +bonus
The Vice President of Growth Marketing and Customer Experienceis a strategic leader responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the organization. This executive will elevate the company's brand, ensuring full alignment with the overall corporate strategy and values.
This role leads the development and execution of comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that expand market share and deepen customer relationships. The VP serves as a key change agent, leveraging analytics to guide brand positioning, advertising, public relations, and optimize Marketing Return on Investment (MROI). Focus is placed on measurable growth and CX improvement outcomes, ensuring alignment with key operational and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive leadership for market research, competitive analysis, growth campaign execution, and performance reporting.
Lead the development of customer onboarding and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Manage comprehensive activity plans, budgets, and team productivity, adopting new tools to maximize output and impact.
Analyze and interpret data to create and execute campaigns with visible ROI, partnering with internal product and distribution channels.
Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives to drive measurable CX improvements organization-wide.
Define and implement a holistic brand and public relations strategy to enhance reputation within the highly regulated financial services sector.
Direct all performance marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, focusing on conversion, retention, and lifetime customer value.
Who You Are:
Strategic Thinking and Analytical Acumen: Proven ability to design and execute scalable, data-informed campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with proven success in growth marketing and brand development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Significant experience in financial services marketing is essential.
Strong background in lead generation, conversion optimization, and cross-sell strategies.
Proficiency with modern marketing tools, analytics, CRM, and automation platforms.
Exceptional collaboration and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.
