Job Description
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and process‑driven professional to help shape the future of audio innovation. In this role, you’ll manage our sales pipeline, optimize tools and processes, and enable our business development team to deliver impactful licensing opportunities. You’ll collaborate across functions, support strategic initiatives, and play a key role in driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced, global environment. Work Location
Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thursday onsite) in our Framingham, MA office.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of bookings, targets, and quotas.
Manage pipeline stages and processes, including updates in HubSpot CRM.
Ensure data integrity across all sales systems and reporting tools.
Coordinate contract management and compliance throughout the sales cycle.
Interface with internal functions to drive timely progression of deals.
Tools & Process Development
Lead process improvement initiatives, including documentation and implementation of best practices.
Manage CRM upgrades, change management, and enhancements to support business development activities.
Develop and maintain licensing management tools to streamline operations.
Sales Events & Enablement
Organize and execute key sales events, including internal strategy sessions and partner‑facing engagements.
Develop and maintain sales enablement resources to support the BD team in driving licensing opportunities.
Collaborate with product marketing and branding teams to create sales documentation and enablement tools.
Sales Strategy
Support market vertical assessments, prioritization, and sizing to inform strategic focus areas.
Contribute to pricing analysis and market value assessments for licensing deals.
Partner with leadership to refine sales strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or process‑oriented roles (technology or consumer electronics preferred).
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and basic sales reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional engagement.
Interest in process improvement and ability to document and implement workflows.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and learning new tools quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to licensing business models or intellectual property management.
Experience supporting global teams or working in a matrixed organization.
Understanding of consumer electronics market trends and pricing strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $102,400–$140,800.
