Creative Director – From Tree to Beauty - Waterless Skincare
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team.
The most important requirement is that our Creative Director deeply understands our From Tree to Beauty language , has a strong feeling for what we are doing , especially regarding our aesthetics , all the very small but very important details , and a genuine understanding of the waterless beauty movement .
We are looking for someone outstandingly creative , able to think beyond the mainstream and surprise us with truly outside-the-box ideas .
The Creative Director should be able to sensitively inspire and guide designers, videographers, and copywriters so that we can reach our next level .
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall creative vision aligned with the From Tree to Beauty concept and brand language.
- Ensure all creative work reflects our aesthetics, values, and the principles of the waterless beauty movement.
- Guide and inspire designers, videographers, and copywriters with clarity, sensitivity, and creativity.
- Oversee the creation of visual content, brand storytelling, and campaign concepts across all platforms.
- Deliver innovative ideas that go beyond the mainstream and elevate the brand.
- Maintain high standards of execution with a strong focus on detail and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to support brand growth.
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a calm, organized, and inspiring creative environment.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of beauty, sustainability, and waterless beauty trends.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually outside the mainstream.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Excellent communication and inspirational leadership skills.
- Ability to translate brand values into clear visual and verbal expressions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and high-quality creative work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while respecting the brand’s delicate and refined creative approach.
