Check us out here: https://mojo.so The Role You'll work closely with and report to our founder, taking ownership of Mojo's entire creative output and brand evolution. As an early-stage start‑up, you will have a huge impact and large autonomy to shape your role. You should be comfortable adapting your responsibilities as the company grows. The role includes: Lead Mojo's brand evolution into an industry-leading dating, sex, and relationship product for women and men Build a world‑class creative studio by hiring designers, copywriters, and freelance talent Partner with marketing leadership to create high‑velocity creative systems Collaborate with product leadership to embed brand strategy into the product roadmap Develop creative frameworks that work at startup speed—weekly asset delivery, rapid testing, and constant iteration Own our identity across every touchpoint—from TikTok to App Store to lifecycle emails Run quarterly expert shoots, manage creator programs, and ensure brand consistency Requirements Experienced working with direct-to-consumer brands and digital products Good at navigating the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and product design Someone with exceptional taste who sweats every detail but ships at startup velocity Comfortable running hiring processes and hiring creative talent Compassion, empathy, understanding, and interest in mental health Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends Benefits Industry‑leading salary with a chunky seed‑round equity package Private health, optical, audiological, and dental insurance with Vitality Health Hybrid working: 3 days in and 2 days out, with great offices in Old Street, LDN or Union Square, NYC Three remote working fortnights a year (read more in our handbook) 36 days off (inc. local bank holidays) Parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers Workplace nursery benefit and emergency child‑sitting allowance Monthly team outings £500 personal wellbeing budget Unlimited professional development allowance £100 budget for noise‑cancelling headphones to help with deep work Cycle to work scheme and Santander Cycles membership If you want to learn more about how we work, check out our Employee Handbook We want to build a diverse team with different backgrounds, outlooks and experiences.
