Now Hiring: Architectural Designer – Government & Institutional Projects

📍 Roswell, GA | 🕒 Full-Time | 🏢 Hybrid/On-Site | 🏛️ Sector: Government / Civic / Institutional

We’re looking for an Architectural Designer (1–3 years of experience) to join our team and help deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions for government clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects such as municipal buildings, educational facilities, government facilities, and community spaces — contributing to environments that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

· Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation

· Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client and agency review

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members

· Prepare site planning and space planning documents.

· Attend due diligence investigations

· Research materials, codes, and sustainable design solutions relevant to government work

· Assist in preparing specifications, opinion of probable cost, and permitting packages

· Contribute to the firm’s technical standards and quality assurance processes

What You Bring

· A professional degree in Architecture and 1-3 years of experience in an architectural office

· Experience with public, institutional, or civic projects (preferred)

· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

· Knowledge of building codes and accessibility

· Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

· Architectural licensure in progress (preferred but not required)
