This role is a full‑time position for an experienced, talented Designer with a strong background in knitwear. The Designer will handle research, development, sketching, tech‑pack creation, and sample management for seasonal collections across multiple brands. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr REVOLVE is a next‑generation fashion retailer for millennials and Generation Z. The Owned Brand division is an industry‑leading design and production house based in Los Angeles, leveraging data‑driven merchandising and creative talent to meet specific market niches. Major Responsibilities Ownership over brands from development to production Leading meetings and working one‑on‑one with directors and outside influencers Sending out seasonal stitch development based on direction/brand concepts Sketching Tech‑packing Leading fittings, updating tech pack construction and BOMs Commenting on first prototypes Working cross‑functionally with product development on costing options Communicating with vendors on yarn development/R&D Meeting with yarn mills and stitch vendors Shopping the market for inspiration Competencies Strong technical knitwear background; understanding of yarns, stitches, and fully fashioned construction Ability to map/plan yarn groups and concept for the season in line with direction given Strong understanding of stitches/yarns in relation to costing Strong sketching ability Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional and external influencer collaboration Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize deadlines Organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines and calendars Team player who can lead fittings and meetings confidently Comfortable working one‑on‑one with directors and outside influencers/celebrities Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in fully fashioned knitwear Preferred Qualifications Fully fashioned knitwear work experience (a knitwear degree preferred as well) Procreate (plus) Excel Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Google Suite *Candidates must submit a portfolio or work samples to be considered. A design assessment may be assigned. A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision, rolling up sleeves to pitch‑in and get the job done.
