Designer / Salesperson at Closet Factory Location: Houston, TX. Position: Full‑time, entry level. No remote work; applicants must be physically located in Houston. You will join the Closet Factory of Houston—a family‑owned company with over 30 years of experience in creating home organizational systems. We will train you to become a designer who works directly with clients to design personalized closet, garage, home office, library, wall bed, entertainment center, craft room, laundry room, mudroom, pantry, and wine storage solutions. Your responsibilities include: Meeting with clients in their homes to understand their needs and design tailored solutions. Using our marketing materials, samples, and technical tools to present designs and pricing. Demonstrating your passion, personality, and design skills to close the deal. Working full‑time in Houston, hosting up to 5 appointments per week, including weekends and evenings. Growing professionally under mentorship by the sales manager and co‑owners. Benefits and compensation: Full commission; top performers can exceed $100 k/year. No previous sales experience required. Training provided at the Houston office—no cold calling; qualified leads are supplied. Office visits only a couple of times per week; majority of work can be done from home.
