Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr The Marketing Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence and increasing sales by promoting the company's products and services. This role combines marketing strategy with hands-on sales outreach — ideal for a dynamic professional who enjoys building client relationships and creating brand awareness in the South Florida market. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Promote the company's products and services through digital, social media, and in-person channels . Build and maintain strong relationships within commercial and residential real estate including contractors, property managers, and residential clients. Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and client meetings . Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and lead‑generation initiatives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and sales conversions. Ensure all promotional activities align with the company’s brand standards and customer service values. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in marketing or business development , preferably within the HVAC or construction industry . Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and online. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build lasting client relationships. Self‑motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms .
