Compensation: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a global franchise focused on creating Moments That Matter for families and children through structured, age-appropriate activities. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions are made by the franchisee management. Inquiries should be made directly to the franchisee, not to My Gym Corporate. Responsibilities Engage children in age-appropriate activities across gym, music, and play offerings. Maintain a high-energy, positive, and safe environment for kids and families. Follow schedules that include morning shifts (8:30am - 2:00pm), afternoon shifts (3:00pm - 7:30pm), and some weekends. Assist with cleaning as part of routine safety and health practices. Lead and motivate children with stage presence and teamwork. Provide friendly, reliable communication with families and team members. Participate in training and take direction well. Your Skill Set A genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages Ability to work morning and/or afternoon shifts, including some weekends Commitment to train hard and follow directions Stage presence and willingness to perform when appropriate Willingness to clean and maintain a safe environment Effective leadership and motivational skills A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a plus What’s In It For You Pay starts at $15 per hour; average trained staff member earns $17-$20 per hour Birthday party clients can be strong tippers Upward mobility – we promote from within Flexible schedule for work/life balance Tips from families on weekends Free food from a well-stocked snack pantry Educational expense stipend to help with books, parking, etc. How to Apply Think you’re what we’re looking for?
