Service Writer / Advisor Pape’ Kenworth – Federal Way, WA is looking for a Service Writer to join our team. What You’ll Do As our Service Writer, you will ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities include overseeing service and warranty work orders, assisting with shop workflow, checking in equipment for repair, and providing customer support. What You Need Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and a willingness to learn new computer programs. Excellent customer relations and communication skills. Ability to perform at a high level in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Mechanical aptitude and experience with heavy trucks (plusses).
