Job Overview We’re an outcomes agency forged from politics, brands and government with more than 350 team members in six countries and thirteen offices. We’re looking for a strategic Presentation Designer who can elevate our decks to win new business and influence senior stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities Create decks and new business presentations that effectively communicate strategy while simultaneously inspiring and influencing senior and executive stakeholders. Work with stakeholders, including C‑Suite executives, to interpret and transform raw data into clear and compelling charts, graphs, icons, graphics, and other visual representations to convey information in an easily digestible format. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information, clarify design requirements, and deliver effective solutions—ultimately helping bring big ideas to life in slide form to sell work. Think creatively to produce professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts while maintaining company brand identity standards. Not only design decks, but help shape them by turning ideas into visual expressions that connect directly to strategy. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience as a designer, preferably with a focus on presentation design. The ability to manage multiple presentation design projects in tandem. Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Google Slides, Google Docs, MS PowerPoint, Keynote, and MS Word. A portfolio demonstrating winning examples of decks built from the ground up. A proactive, independent, organized, and detail‑oriented approach to work with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Great communication skills, able to participate in high‑level creative brainstorms, understand the role of communications and marketing, and bring the agency’s ideas to life. The ability to bring new ideas to the table on how to best collaborate with multiple stakeholders to bring decks to life via new platforms, processes, and systems. Location: Expectation to work from one of our offices (NY, DC, Chicago, SF) at least 3× a week.
