The Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA) organization enables the success of field teams by delivering insights, processes, and tools. The Content Enablement Manager is an individual contributor within the GTM Enablement team, part of ROA, building the foundation for revenue growth by designing narratives, materials, and processes that allow field teams to scale effectively. What You’ll Do Lead narrative development: Own the copy, structure, and creative direction for core pitch materials that articulate value across pricing, competitive positioning, and strategic differentiation. Deliver actionable competitive insights: Aggregate and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform positioning, sales strategies, and support field teams with data‑driven insights, battlecards, and slides. Elevate sales content with data: Source and integrate industry research, product metrics, market data, and internal data to enhance the credibility and impact of all enablement materials. Orchestrate strategic proposals: Manage RFP software and coordinate key merchant proposals and responses, producing scalable messaging aligned with merchant priorities and growth goals. Partner cross‑functionally: Collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing, and Analytics to ensure consistent, insight‑driven storytelling and enablement across the organization. Stay ahead of trends: Monitor industry, macroeconomic, and regulatory developments, weaving timely insights into go‑to‑market messaging. What We Look For 6+ years of B2B marketing, enablement, or client‑facing experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or a high‑growth SaaS environment. Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level materials that drive engagement and business outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity, structure, and visual storytelling. Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives that blend data, creativity, and commercial strategy. Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support and refine persuasive messaging. Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Base Pay Grade: L Equity Grade: 6 Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Affirm is a remote‑first company. Roles can be worked from anywhere within the U.S., with occasional in‑office requirements for proximal roles.
