Lead (VMS/MSP) @ NR Consulting | MBA in Human Resources Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6 Months Shift: 5AM - 1:30PM About the Role: Seeking an experienced Senior Test Technician to perform complex RF, Microwave, RADAR, and Environmental testing on electronic assemblies. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and detailed failure analysis on production and customer-returned units, supporting Quality and Engineering teams to drive root cause and process improvements . Responsibilities: Conduct Environmental, Vibration, Shock, and Acceleration tests to MIL Standards Troubleshoot to component level on complex RF/electronic circuits Perform and document detailed failure analysis on field returns Operate test equipment: oscilloscopes, power meters, RF generators, network & spectrum analyzers Interpret schematics, test procedures, and engineering drawings Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance testing accuracy and efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field (Required) 8+ years of hands‑on experience in RF, Microwave, and RADAR compliance testing Strong understanding of RF systems, antennas, filters, and electronic controls Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality Assurance Industries Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing, Defense and Space Manufacturing, and Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
