Base pay range $50.00/hr - $65.00/hr Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN 4 days/week Duration: 6 month contract with potential extension We are hiring a UX designer to make sure that our ServiceNow solutions are designed with user-centered principles. This role will advocate for UX best practices throughout the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—collaborating closely with product engineering and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Responsibilities include ensuring clear and concise requirements are captured, participating in testing efforts, driving issue resolution, supporting the implementation and validation process, and developing comprehensive procedural documentation and user manuals. Must Have 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow 3+ years of UI/UX on ServiceNow UI/UX designing, creating standards and streamlining user experience across all ServiceNow modules Nice to Have HTML, CSS and Java experience preferred ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
