The Service Writer position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and problem solving. As an intermediary between customers and branch staff, you will help ensure efficient and accurate repair order processing and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Pay Range: $19.00 – $28.00 per hour

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
One or more years experience in a Service Writer or service/parts department
ity with agricultural and/or construction equipment (plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with the public
Strong team player
Able to lift 25 pounds
Responsibilities Review and maintain all repair orders for accuracy and completeness
Process parts requisitions, parts invoices, material invoices, and outside labor invoices for proper accounting
Assist in scheduling of service work
Keep the service manager informed of all work orders
Assist with warranties
Act as the intermediary between parts and service, serving as technician lead contact for parts
Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products and service
