Studio Manager – Fitness Studio Join to apply for the Fitness Studio Manager role at BODY20 Potomac Falls . This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a boutique fitness studio. About BODY20 BODY20 is a new boutique fitness studio using FDA‑cleared Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology. One 20‑minute workout is equivalent to hours in the gym, providing a high‑intensity, low‑impact training experience. Key Responsibilities Accountable for meeting studio sales revenue goals and daily activity targets (e.g., 100 calls to leads a day). Sell memberships to leads who come in for a demo workout. Develop relationships with local businesses to plan and execute off‑site marketing and sales events to generate more leads. Become a certified trainer with the EMS device to fill in and train members when required. Lead the team of coaches, exchanging best practices and driving continuous improvement. Hire and train new coaches, managing their certification process. Manage all aspects of the studio’s daily operations, including staff scheduling, member service escalations, cleanliness, invoicing, and promotions. Implement and roll out promotions and other corporate programs in the studio. Evaluate employee performance and create improvement action plans as required. Manage social media channels. Requirements Passion for health and wellness. Previous experience in a management role. Previous experience in a sales role, with excitement for sales. Strong leadership and communication skills—lead by example and be willing to step in any role temporarily when required. Comfort working on multiple concurrent activities while maintaining detail focus. Energetic and friendly disposition. Certification in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus. Role Logistics Full‑time role – 40+ hours in the studio weekly; may include a weekend day depending on scheduling needs. Not remote. Compensation: base salary of $50,000 plus variable compensation for new member sales and bonuses for meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability targets, with a path to $80K+ total compensation.
