Position Summary The Content & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand presence and engage target audiences. This role will oversee digital media campaigns, content creation, and analytics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand standards. Key Responsibilities Create original, on-brand content for social media, email, website, blog, and print that drives engagement and action Plan, schedule, and manage social media across multiple platforms; monitor performance, respond to interactions, and maintain an organized content calendar Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, seasonal promotions, and newsletters Lead content and creative development for campaigns and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team Capture or coordinate photography and video to support brand storytelling across channels Ensure all messaging aligns with brand identity and business goals; track key metrics to guide future strategy Other duties as assigned Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or another related field is preferred, OR 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, marketing, or media management Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills Experience with design and multimedia tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
