Swift Staffing Group is hiring: Social Media Content Manager in New York

The Social Media Content Manager will develop and oversee a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube. This role requires a highly creative and organized professional who can produce engaging multimedia content, write compelling copy, track performance analytics, and maintain brand consistency.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing professional social accounts, understands digital trends, and can collaborate across internal teams to support marketing initiatives, events, hiring campaigns, and community engagement. All content must align with organizational values and confidentiality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media content strategy across all platforms
• Create on-brand graphics and multimedia using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Manage content calendars, campaigns, and scheduled posts
• Write engaging captions and posts that align with brand voice
• Track analytics and optimize content based on performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote programs and events
• Respond to messages and comments professionally and promptly
• Ensure all content adheres to privacy and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
• 2+ years managing professional social media accounts
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with social analytics tools
• Excellent organization and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, education, or ABA
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
• Familiarity with SEO and audience growth strategies
