We’re looking for a Creative Sales Associate who blends strategy with innovation — someone who doesn’t just sell, but creates experiences that drive engagement and results. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking individual with a passion for marketing, digital communication, and relationship building.

You’ll play a key role in driving sales both online and in-store, while also helping shape the brand’s presence through email and SMS campaigns, influencer collaborations, and creative marketing initiatives that grow our audience and increase foot traffic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and brand events.
  • Identify, contact, and curate partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
  • Use creative tactics to boost sales, drive customer engagement, and increase store or website traffic.
  • Assist in developing innovative marketing strategies that align with seasonal trends and business goals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and followers through social media engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently secure sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand voice and visuals are cohesive across all channels.
  • Serve as a reliable and trustworthy team member who meets deadlines and represents the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital communications (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry a plus).
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Postscript).
  • Social media savvy — experienced in using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms for business.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
