About the Opportunity
Our client, a leader in FinTech industry, is looking for a skilled Creative Director, Paid Marketing to join their team for a 6‑month engagement. This project involves shaping the future expression of the brand with a massive reach and a meaningful mission—to help people improve their financial lives. You will lead and develop a talented team with experience from top agencies, studios, and in‑house brand organizations. This is a high‑impact role that requires a self‑motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Creative Development Leadership: Lead the creative development of brand and product campaigns across broadcast, digital video, OOH, experiential, influencer, sponsorship, and social channels.
- Campaign System Translation: Translate big brand ideas into scalable multi‑channel campaign systems that flex across audience segments and cultural moments.
- Platform‑Specific Content: Develop compelling creative tailored to platform behaviors and formats, from large‑scale brand storytelling to short‑form social content.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with media, insights, and growth teams to align creative strategy with performance goals and learnings.
- Creative Mentorship: Champion and mentor creative talent—leading with empathy, clarity, inclusivity, and inspiration.
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of creative experience leading brand and/or integrated campaigns within an agency and/or in‑house environment.
- Deep expertise in creative development across multiple channels and hands‑on experience developing digital video and short‑form content. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals, including scaling ideas up or down while staying within budget and timelines.
- Experience with shaping and maintaining a consistent brand voice, identity, and creative POV. Experience in consumer tech or financial services storytelling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates and act as a confident presenter to articulate strategic thinking, creative rationale, and production plans to stakeholders and leadership.
