Creative Brand Design Specialist

As a Creative Brand Design Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the company’s visual brand identity through high-quality design and product imagery. You will create engaging graphics and visual assets that define how our products and brand are presented across packaging, online listings, and promotional materials.

This role focuses heavily on graphic design, product photography, and visual consistency, with additional responsibilities including the creation of product videos for social media and the company website, as well as other marketing tasks. You will collaborate closely with marketing, web development teams and other departments to ensure every visual element – from mockups and displays to product photos and branded materials – aligns with company standards and enhances our overall brand presence. This is an in-person position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design & Brand Development
    • Create digital and print materials that reinforce and elevate the company’s brand identity.
    • Design product packaging, marketing graphics, signage, and branded assets for internal and external use.
    • Develop visual concepts and mockups for new product lines and R&D projects.
    • Ensure all visuals maintain consistent quality, tone, and brand representation.
  • Product Photography & Visual Content
    • Plan, shoot, and edit product and lifestyle photography for use across web, print, and promotional platforms.
    • Retouch and organize product images to maintain a high-quality visual library.
    • Assist with occasional video content and editing for product features or displays.
  • Creative Production & Displays
    • Prepare and order printed materials, signage, and display elements.
    • Assist with on‑site creative displays, trade show setups, and building installations.
  • Internal & Partner Branding
    • Update and produce onboarding and training materials for internal use.
    • Work with sponsored customers or brand partners to deliver co‑branded creative assets.
    • Maintain employee announcements and internal communications.
    • Develop, order and lead production of employee’s or promotional apparel and gift designs.
  • Product Development & Displays
    • Support new product R&D with creative input, mockups, and visuals.
    • Assist with on‑site creative displays, signage, and event installations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a creative design role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating original vector illustration and pixel‑perfect graphic designs.
  • Experience with creating optimized graphics for print and web standards.
  • Demonstration of an ability to adapt graphical and typographical style appropriately to meet a project or brand’s needs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Experience and interest in photography and videography / editing.
  • Strong spelling and proofreading skills, with ability to create and edit clear, engaging written content.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑departmental teams and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
