The Opportunity
AutomotiveMastermind is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Content Creator to write social media, website, and thought leadership content for a fast‑moving B2B technology solutions provider. This role involves content planning, writing, optimization, and distribution for our website and social media presences.
Location & Remote
NYC area or remote location in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Content Production: Write and publish blog posts, articles and other web assets to support brand storytelling and automotive dealer audiences.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing Communications, develop and schedule an editorial calendar that engages across all stages of the marketing funnel, prioritizing organic traffic and lead conversion.
- SEO & GEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and manage the blog lifecycle from ideation to publishing.
- Social Media Management: Support the company’s social media communications strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the LinkedIn newsletter “Masterminded.”
- Continuous Improvement: Partner with Marketing Operations to track content performance, using data and analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategy refinement.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay current on evolving digital communication trends and emerging platforms, recommending best‑practice updates to keep our approaches innovative and compliant.
- Messaging Best Practices: Uphold highest standards in grammar, style, and brand voice.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience writing content and social media for a brand or organization, with a portfolio that demonstrates measurable business results.
- Strong background in SEO & GEO best practices and digital trend metrics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an understanding of audience engagement and platform nuance.
- Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing content strategies for internal and external audiences.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support content development processes.
- High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, especially in time‑critical situations.
- Highly organized with strong planning and project‑management skills.
Professional Skills / Preferred
- Previous experience in automotive or SaaS technology, ideally within an automotive dealership context.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple assignments concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Compensation
Anticipated base salary range: $53,084–$109,089, adjusted for geographic location and experience. Eligible for an annual incentive plan.
