HDR is seeking a Design Coordinator, Interiors to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality interior design solutions across all project phases, from programming to construction administration.
Responsibilities
Collate operational plans with Interiors and Project Leadership to enhance project excellence.
Act as a team‑focused individual, positively contributing to design, discovering solutions, and navigating challenges.
Participate in formal and informal design reviews.
Support office environments to promote HDR’s brand and design excellence.
Represent HDR in networking opportunities as appropriate.
Continuously develop technical knowledge related to documentation and details across all project phases.
Encourage sustainable approaches to foster healthy environments and occupant well‑being.
Collaborate and co‑create ideas and concepts within multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing an Interior Design Certificate or Architecture Registration in the country of residence.
Active membership in industry associations.
Sustainability credentials, accreditations, or certificates held in the country of residence.
Experience with Bluebeam, Rhino, and Enscape.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture (from an accredited school) or a closely related field.
Minimum of one year internship experience in a relevant design‑firm environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Competency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
