Sales Design Consultant Location: Clearwater, FL Overview We are a high quality furniture retailer delivering timeless design and exceptional customer service. Scan Design seeks a Sales Design Consultant to energize our showroom and inspire clients. Responsibilities Create and assist clients with design projects Select components from our collections to create a unique and purposeful space Formulate solutions to satisfy client needs Prepare sketches using Floor Planner software for client presentation Own and manage the sales order process from start to finish Conduct client home visits to measure spaces, introduce options, and maximize project work Assist with maintaining showroom aesthetics, floor moves, cleanliness Create and maintain positive professional relationships inside and outside the store Maintain a professional appearance fitting the environment Permanent or temporary duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Previous experience in interior design or related fields Proven sales experience in high‑end environment preferred Familiarity with design software platforms preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus High school diploma required; college degree preferred Compensation Base salary range: $60,000 – $100,000 per year. Commission earning potential: $45,000 to $85,000+. Guaranteed draw per pay‑period.
