Graphic Designer – Baton Rouge

We are looking for a Graphic Designer in the Baton Rouge area.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality branded materials, including brochures, client alerts, invitations, social media posts, presentations, event signage, and website content.
• Create graphics and layouts for internal use (newsletters, firm announcements) and external recruiting and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and schedule content across the firm's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support practice-specific marketing needs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Assist with video editing and multimedia projects as needed.
• Track performance metrics and engagement across social platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, including design innovation, communication, technology, and provide guidance on best practices for law firms.
• Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations internally and for trials, RFPs, and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of visual branding and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in legal or professional services industry is a plus.
