Guy F. Atkinson Construction, LLC is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced Marketing team. The role involves creating sophisticated graphics, illustrations, and layouts to support proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Creating and producing high‑impact graphics, illustrations, organization charts, covers, tabs, and document templates for marketing materials, proposal documents, presentations, websites, and social media, all within Atkinson’s brand standards.
• Developing materials for oral presentations for print and digital platforms (presentation boards, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Supporting our proposal teams by enhancing the design, layout, and flow of proposal documents and presentations to increase visual appeal and readability.
• Developing visual content for corporate marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, signage, and other collateral.
• Collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to brainstorm ideas, define project needs and requirements, and ensure designs align with brand and messaging.

Basic Qualifications

• BFA/BA in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a graphic design capacity, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to draw and create custom graphics and illustrations in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience designing creative, attractive, and easily readable documents using good design principles; experience with periodical style or other unique styles is a plus.
• Experience creating powerful and engaging slide decks with PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with senior management, supervisors, colleagues, and partners.
• Excels at working both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Experience with video production and editing is a plus.

Atkinson offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits (medical and dental plans), paid time off, retirement plan with match, life insurance, disability coverage, commuter benefits, plus fitness reimbursement, healthcare & dependent care pre‑tax plans, tuition reimbursement, backup daycare, EAP, and a holiday contribution program. Base salaries are based on factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. For this role, the base salary range is $90,000 to $125,000.
