A leading full-service law firm is looking for aGraphic Designer to join its marketing and communications team in downtown Baton Rouge. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who enjoys working across digital and print platforms while helping shape a strong, consistent brand.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality branded materials including brochures, client alerts, invitations, social media graphics, presentations, event signage, and website visuals
• Develop graphics for internal communications such as newsletters and firm announcements
• Support recruiting and external marketing campaigns
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook)
• Track engagement and performance metrics across social channels
• Assist with video editing and multimedia projects
• Design polished PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, client presentations, and trial support
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials and platforms
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support practice-specific marketing needs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts
• Strong understanding of brand design and digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in professional services or legal environments is a plus
