Youth Sports Photographer – Entry-Level candidates encouraged to apply!

Join Photomules as a Youth Sports Photographer. This role is events‑based on weekends and is very fast paced. Your work will be a mix between photography and sales, focusing on maximizing sales at youth sports tournaments while assisting with photography duties. This is a great opportunity for both experienced and novice photographers or sales/customer service professionals with an interest in photography.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr – $35.00/hr

Phoenix, AZ (Travel required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with team and individual photos before games.
• Capture sample images to drive interest and boost sales.
• Help with event setup & breakdown, ensuring a smooth operation.
• Equipment is provided.
• Actively sell our photography products to parents and athletes at youth sports events.
• Demonstrate product value and create urgency to drive sales.
• Upsell and close deals using proven sales techniques.
• Build relationships with customers to increase conversions.

Travel & Team Collaboration

• This is an on‑going events‑based position that requires regular weekend travel in AZ, CA, NV.
• Travel expenses are covered.
• Represent PhotoMules professionally.
• Work closely with your team to maximize revenue and provide an exceptional customer experience.

• You’re available on weekends – our events take place Friday‑Sunday and require travel.
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – travel is a key part of the role.
