Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Publicity Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Global TV Publicity, this role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the publicity leads and team. The assistant will be instrumental in coordinating logistics for domestic and international interviews and events such as press days, premieres, and panels. The role will also handle scheduling meetings and campaign updates with producers, talent, production partners, and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed campaign recaps and updates.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop integrated publicity campaigns.
  • Support the department's day-to-day operations.
  • Book travel arrangements for team members and talent.
  • Process expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Create and manage project documents, including trackers, timelines, and status reports.
  • Handle other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in entertainment, successfully supporting PR programs for television series or feature films.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with domestic and international journalists, as well as talent and producer representatives.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of industry trends and the television and film landscape.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational prowess.
  • Strong time management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure follow-through.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $32.34 and $48.57/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
