Company Overview

Perspire Sauna Studio is the original and fastest growing Infrared Sauna Studio in the U.S. We are on a mission to help people balance physical and emotional stress of daily life through the use of our private infrared sauna-suites and "ignite the wellness within." During our 40‑minute session in a spa‑like private sauna suite, our members and guests detox the body, burn up to 400 calories, relax the mind, boost immunity, recover faster, rejuvenate skin, and improve sleep.

Schedule

This is a full‑time role, expected to be scheduled at the studio 40 hours per week. Studio Managers are required to work 2 weekend shifts per month. Exact work hours will depend on your team needs. However, the Studio Manager has control and flexibility over their team scheduling and is encouraged to create a schedule that works for them and the studio!

Responsibilities

• Leading a consistently high‑performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands‑on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Working with guests. All the time. If you want a non‑selling "office" job, this isn’t it.
• Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
• Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
• Experience with hiring staff and creating team member schedules is preferred.
