About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
- Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform solution management, environments, and deployment.
- Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
- Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.
- Experience developing low‑code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of generative/agentic AI and responsible AI.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
- Ability to apply best practices in low‑code development.
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and devops practices.
- Prior experience in developing enterprise‑grade applications using Power Platform.
- Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
- Experience with human resources processes and employee self‑service solutions.
