About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Copilot experiences.
• Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform solution management, environments, and deployment.
• Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
• Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions, with exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio preferred.
• Experience developing low‑code/no-code AI solutions, ideally using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of generative/agentic AI and responsible AI.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Ability to apply best practices in low‑code development.
• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps) for extending Power Platform capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
• Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and devops practices.
• Prior experience in developing enterprise‑grade applications using Power Platform.
• Knowledge of security and governance within Power Platform environments.
• Experience with human resources processes and employee self‑service solutions.
