We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Design flows, wireframes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
• Create prototypes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Create and maintain design systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems
• Understanding of motion design and animation
• Experience with user testing methodologies
• Familiarity with agile development processes
