Job Title: UX Writer

Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract + Possible Extension

About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Writer to craft clear, user‑centric content for health and wellness applications across mobile and wearable platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to create engaging and consistent content that helps users manage and improve their health.

Responsibilities

• Write concise, user‑focused copy for health and wellness apps
• Collaborate with PM, Design, and Research teams to align content with UX goals and style guides
• Support global stakeholders with content review, editing, and submission workflows
• Participate in user research and usability studies
• Work closely with other UX writers to maintain consistency in content standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Public Health, or related field
• 5–7 years of UX writing experience
• Experience creating consumer‑focused health content
• Strong communication, collaboration, and content strategy skills
• Ability to adapt to fast‑paced changes and incorporate feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for mobile or wearable apps
• Familiarity with Figma, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with AI‑assisted writing tools
• Background in medical device or SaMD content
