Job Title: GenAI Change Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

• Join our client's AI Adoption & Engagement team as a GenAI Change Manager. This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented professional passionate about driving AI tool adoption through engaging content and strategic communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing materials like one-pagers, e-learning modules, short videos, and web content.
• Design and edit graphics and videos, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
• Update and maintain web pages for consistency and user-friendliness.
• Craft clear and engaging communications for email and Slack channels.
• Support campaigns to boost AI adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements efficiently.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in graphic and video editing.
• Experience in website design and content management.
• Ability to adhere to branding guidelines and produce professional materials.
• Strong written communication skills for internal messaging.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with Articulate Rise is a plus.
