UX Designer-Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that illustrate design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design thinking principles.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Analyze data and feedback to iterate and improve existing products.
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries.

Experience Required

7 years of total IT experience (3+ years domain knowledge)
