Qualifications

• Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Lead Generation skills.
• 5+ years with proven experience in Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills.
• Experience driving user acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced level of English (C2 and above).
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Design and implement new growth strategies to attract new passengers.
