Overview

As the Executive Producer, you will lead and oversee all aspects of production within a dynamic, fast-paced in‑house studio embedded within our client’s organization in the Houston, Texas area. You will manage project intake, lead a multidisciplinary team of producers and production professionals, and ensure the seamless execution of a diverse slate of creative deliverables spanning broadcast, simulcast, pre‑recorded, studio and location‑based productions, live events, digital, and social content. Operating as a senior leader within the client’s ecosystem, you will serve as the primary production liaison—connecting creative vision to execution across multiple business units and stakeholder groups, including direct engagement with C‑suite leadership. This role demands strategic oversight, calm under pressure, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of end‑to‑end production in both agency and in‑house environments. You will be instrumental in defining and maintaining the studio’s standards of excellence, balancing innovation with precision, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑impact, high‑quality content that reflects the client’s and agency’s creative ambitions. As a leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative ingenuity, empowering your team to deliver exceptional work while maintaining operational discipline and client trust.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and manage production, organizing and prioritizing resources, timelines, and details for all aspects of production.
  • Balance multiple projects with short, competing deadlines.
  • Lead meetings and interface with leaders during the intake and production process—from the planning and briefing stages through delivery.
  • Establish and enforce processes with the team to ensure impeccable organization.
  • Maintain and update processes to organize and maintain assets for the agency and the client’s archive infrastructure.
  • Perform QA and ensure all deliveries are correct, licensed, and approved by appropriate parties.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance current productions, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and output.
  • Drive measurable performance improvements by finding efficiencies across all production areas.
  • Lead large‑scale initiatives and oversee complex, multi‑platform productions from concept through final delivery, ensuring creative excellence and operational precision.
  • Produce live and experiential events, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and on‑site execution with established freelance and partner networks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in televised broadcast workflows, including studio integration, technical coordination, and real‑time production management.
  • Produce high‑quality, studio‑based interviews and set‑ups—both live and pre‑recorded—ensuring seamless execution and on‑brand presentation.
  • Manage the development and delivery of short‑form and digital video content, overseeing post‑production, compliance, and licensing to maintain creative and legal integrity.
  • Execute on‑location shoots with agile crews, balancing agility with meticulous creative oversight.
  • Guide the creation of social‑first content optimized for each platform, aligning creative approach and output with audience engagement and brand strategy.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize studio workflows and production processes, staying updated on trends and leading initiatives to test new tools.
  • Ensure tool approvals and follow Publicis Groupe best practices, integrating tools such as OpenAI, Runway, ElevenLabs, and Veo3 into traditional workflows.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of studio services with broader company projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all aspects of requested production.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of production experience.
  • Well versed in executing 360 campaigns (Out‑of‑Home, Stills & Video, Radio & TV & Social).
  • Deep understanding of internal event productions.
  • Expertise in running in‑house studios for pre‑recorded and live broadcasts.
  • Interest and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions.
  • Knowledge of motion & still image production.
  • Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously and react quickly to setbacks or changes.
  • Excellent communicator who anticipates issues before they arise.
  • Network with multiple production companies/vendors.
  • Capability to manage any type of content production capture (stills, motion, digital).
  • Knowledge of post‑production programs and workflows (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D).
  • Self‑motivated and eager to expand knowledge.
  • Ability to self‑manage while guiding assigned teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Maintains composure and clear judgment in high‑pressure or fast‑paced situations.

Compensation Range: $127,585 - $183,330 per/year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
