Our team is excited to offer a full‑time opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join us as a Field Specialist/Photographer with the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team. The mission of our team is to provide a premier customer service experience for every home seller and buyer we serve, and this role plays an important part in supporting that mission. With deep knowledge of the local market and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we guide clients through each step of their real‑estate journey. We are seeking someone who can balance photography and field responsibilities while working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will capture high‑quality listing photos, videos, 3D tours, drone footage, and other media to support our marketing efforts. You will also manage and maintain our inventory of yard signs, directional signs, and lockboxes, including installation, removal, and tracking for active listings. Much of your day will be spent in the field, retrieving signs and lockboxes, preparing for open houses and broker events, completing vacant property checks, and helping with errands as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting office upkeep, coordinating van usage, assisting with company events, and completing daily tasks. This full‑time position (30‑40 hours a week) runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires strong time‑management, communication, and organizational skills. You must be comfortable driving frequently, working independently, adjusting when business needs shift, and passing a drug test and background check. Responsibilities Signage & Lockbox Management
Maintain accurate inventory of yard signs, directionals, and lockboxes
Install and remove signs and lockboxes based on listing status
Track and document sign locations and provide updates to the team
Photography & Media
Capture still photography, video, Zillow 3D, and other media for listings
Capture drone footage or 3D mapping
Deliver media to the listing team for editing and processing
Office & Field Support
Retrieve lockboxes, signs, directionals, and other items for scheduled closings, or coordinate return for long‑distance properties
Assist with office upkeep and supply checks (including trash removal and running/emptying the dishwasher)
Coordinate van usage and maintain vehicle cleanliness
Support office events and company functions, including event prep and takedown
Assist with client pop‑bys and miscellaneous errands
Perform vacant property checks as assigned
Prepare for open houses and broker events, including signage placement
Assist with daily broker runs to deliver and pick up checks, HUDs, and team folders as instructed
Daily Workflow
Follow the daily task schedule sent each morning
Prioritize photography appointments
Complete tasks efficiently using GPS for routing
Send end‑of‑day task recap to the office manager and listing coordinators
Qualifications
Outgoing personality with the ability to work well with people and adapt to last‑minute creative suggestions and improvements
Photography experience preferred but not required
Basic understanding of the real‑estate industry
Comfortable working independently and driving a company car for the majority of the day
Strong time‑management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a drug test and general background check
Compensation
$20 hourly
