Service Advisor / Writer - Lost Pines Toyota
We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated professional who can communicate our customers' needs to our technicians. If you have superb customer service skills, are financially driven, and are looking for new experiences every day, apply now!
Responsibilities
Greet service department customers promptly and courteously
Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to repair orders and techs
Perform initial walkaround of vehicle to identify any potential maintenance issues
Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
Provide accurate repair / maintenance estimates
Schedule service appointments
Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Obtain customer’s signature on repair order and approval if any additional work is necessary.
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Cashier customers when they return to pick up their vehicle
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep service manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Other tasks as assigned
