Unlocking Education is a rapidly growing AI training and consulting organization helping schools, districts, and state agencies navigate the future of education. Founded by former Florida Virtual School Director Daniele Shick, our mission is to empower educators with the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to integrate artificial intelligence responsibly and effectively. Role Description This is a commission-based Sales and Marketing Specialist role with no cap on earnings. The role is open to candidates nationwide, with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for selling our consulting services, workshops, and professional development courses to schools, districts, and educational leaders.
Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, nurturing relationships within the education community, identifying district-level needs, promoting our AI training and consulting services, and representing Unlocking Education with professionalism and purpose. The role also includes conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to marketing campaigns that strengthen our presence across the education sector.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience with Sales and/or online marketing to develop strategies and achieve targets
Ability to conduct Training to improve team effectiveness and performance
Proficiency in basic marketing principles and familiarity with using marketing strategies to drive growth
Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience in an educational or similar environment is an advantage
