Jones & Henry Engineers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate for the planning, development and implementation of all the firm’s sales and marketing strategies. Through sales and marketing efforts, the candidate will identify new clients and maintain relationships with current clients to understand their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the President and Members regarding marketing strategy
Manage and oversee the marketing strategies of the entire company
Create and maintain a positive relationship with existing clients and potential customers
Oversee and coordinate proposal development with the marketing coordinator
Attend trade shows, member organization meetings, etc., as needed
Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning
Perform industry research to identify new markets and find marketing opportunities
Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing development plans
Evaluate demand in the market
Other duties as assigned by President and Members
This position requires a minimum of 50% travel.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a relevant field from a four-year college with a minimum of five years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as Sales and Marketing Manager
Up-to-date knowledge of marketing software
Capability to coordinate marketing strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Position Status: Full-Time, Exempt
