What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement targeted marketing plans and campaigns
Manage and ensure adherence to the marketing budget
Create marketing campaigns and briefings
Coordinate with internal service providers and external agencies
Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives, identifying areas for optimization based on relevant KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing complex products, preferably in the E‑Health, Life Science, or MedTech sectors
Degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or similar qualifications
Ability to maintain composure in complex and stressful situations
Strong self‑management skills and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to inspire others with your vision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and projects
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
Previous experience in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
Knowledge of current trends in healthcare technology
