Key Responsibilities

Analyze Marketing Data: Collect and analyze data on marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.

Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.

Campaign Optimization: Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving marketing effectiveness and ROI. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance.

Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing and maintaining marketing databases and analytics tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and goals.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support marketing initiatives and decision‑making.

Skill Set

Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating data.

Marketing analytics: experience with website and marketing datasets like GA4, DV360, SA360, Marketo or other similar platforms.

Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Python: programming language used for data analysis and manipulation.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Position Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Applied Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.

3‑5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in marketing data analytics.

Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and advanced SQL skills for working with relational databases.

Familiarity with marketing data sources like Google Analytics and experience with tools such as Snowflake and Jupyter Notebook is preferred.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non‑technical audiences.

Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Looker Studio.

Strong communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders.

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $55‑60 / hr
